Living a healthy life style has become a major factor in our society today. More than one-third (34.9% or 78.6 million) of U.S. adults are obese. And I want to be able to show the world how that in this ever increasing busy world we can find time to have fun and work out. I hope to share different types and styles of working out, whether its through weight training, cardiovasculaar activities such as running, or through other means such as Zumba.
Dancing has always been a major part of my life, and a great form of working out that promotes endurance and strength training.
